Where do I start....Julie was my best friend, even though we didn't keep in touch as much as I wish we would have, I always considered her my BBF. I loved her spirit, her strength, honesty and devotion to those she loved. Julie and I were, as Perry told me she said "thick as thieves", during high school we did everything today, shared our secrets and talked about our future. Julie was a force to be reckoned with, she never back down from what she thought was right and had no fear. Her personality was strong, I loved that about her. She was someone you could always count on being there for you in your time of need. I know how much she loved Perry, I was able to watch that relationship from the beginning, 40 years of marriage that says it all, they were a great balance for one another and his devotion to her up to the very end shows how much their love for one another grew over 45 years or so they were together. Even though I hadn't seen Julie in years, I felt a connection to her always, I love her. I am thankful I got to say those words to her before she passed, I will always be grateful for that. My heart goes out to all of her family, because I know she was probably your rock and I am sure you will all feel a bit lost without her and miss her everyday. I also know how strong her spirit is and she will be watching over each one of you from the heavens. I will be thinking of Julie and all of the memories I have of us together. I will also say a special prayer for Perry, Stephanie, Alex and their spouses and children, because I know there will be a missing piece now and it is heartbreaking. Knowing Julie though she would want you all to be strong and keep moving forward the best you can and I am sure she will be there as your angel to help you. Love and Hugs to All of You...And Thank you Perry For Taking Such Excellent Care of Julie, That Is True Love
